I have been eating a lot of grapes lately, mostly mono meals. This morning after breakfast I had really bad pain in my back and shoulders where I was rolling on the floor and didn’t know what to do. This has happened before when I did a watermelon juice fast, it started happening in every meal with varying degree of pain. It really sounds like what people are calling “melon-belly”. Maybe I’m eating too much fruit these days. I at least wanted to get this out there so that one more voice is pointing this out.
I want to reduce my own suffering as well as the suffering to others. I’ve been enjoying eating grapes a lot. I was experiencing tooth pain sometimes and I haven’t had any tooth pain since eating all these grapes. My breathing has also improved and I can feel my blood circulation has improved. This melon-belly pain is something I want to avoid so I am trying to learn how and really hope this is talked about more so that those who have experience with this and have learned toavoid it can teach me.
