My intention was to eat ~500g of pears in a smoothie mixed with the greens and flax seeds but I ended up eating two more pears ~500g after the smoothie. My intention was also to keep the meal as alkaline as I could.

Comment

Didn’t really feel hungry but I want to keep late night snacking as close to none as I can. I also didn’t intend to use this much grapes, I wanted to keep this as low in sweetness as I could and just add grapes to taste. I ended the meal with 2 more pears as I felt I couldn’t help myself.
