Could not sleep due to digestive discomfort and wanted cucumber more than anything, afterwards I had a lot of craving towards chlorella. I felt much improvement in my eye and mouth dryness (during the times I woke up at night) compared to last night but the frequency and urgency of night time urination was a lot higher compared to last night.

I was really craving chlorella, I tried wakame seaweed after a few teaspoons of chlorella but eating the wakame just made me want more chlorella.

Was very hungry so I enjoyed the pears I ate very much and tried so savor them. As fruits have been causing dry eyes and mouth during the night I ate cucumbers which I have found help more than anything with this symptom. Hoping and praying that tonight I will experience less dryness and urination.
