I keep trying to keep the green lentils in a minimum but I can’t… I don’t want to put too much strain on my digestive system with anything hard to break down. I keep asking myself if I’ve had enough.

I was intending to be conscious about how fast I was eating. I want to be able to eat what my body needs without exceeding it. It helped a lot to have a video going on in the background talking about healthy eating while I ate. I also want to try to keep the final meal as light as possible.
